CONGRESS INNSBRUCK , Rennweg 3, A-6021 Innsbruck
Hall Brüssel (Lectures), Hall Strassburg (Posters)

In July 2001 Congress Innsbruck received in Melbourne the International Congress Association AIPC (Association Internationale des Palais des Congrès) APEX award for “Best Congress Centre of the Year 2001”.

Congress Innsbruck is located in part of the city’s old town. The oldest part of the facility houses an important historic hall, the Dogana, built in the middle ages, one of the oldest European theatres. Construction of the final building had to consider the architectural significance. The result is a successful mixture of historic and modern architecture, which also embraces the breathtaking surrounding mountain ranges by using glass wherever possible. The fact that its large meeting spaces create a cosy and personal atmosphere is often praised by clients.

Congress Innsbruck underwent an expansion and upgrading in 1993-1995. There are 13 multipurpose halls, ranging from 45 to 2,300 square meters. These rooms are used for conferences, seminars, trade fair exhibitions, and cultural and social events like art exhibits, concerts, galas, etc.
The professional and highly competent events' team are dedicated to providing a service of quality, creativity and flexibility. The convention centre's in-house facilities, incorporating the Professional Congress Organizer Tyrol Congress as well as technical services and catering, enable the organisation of all events to run perfectly.
